Apprehension of Serial Thefts from Warehouses

Incident Background
Several reports were received about missing raw materials and equipment from inside the warehouses without any signs of forced entry or break-in. Defentra was assigned to conduct a comprehensive internal and field investigation.
Investigation Findings
- A covert surveillance system was installed inside the warehouse.
- One of the drivers was recorded loading raw materials outside the official unloading area.
- It was discovered that the driver was coordinating with one of the loading workers.
Stolen Items:
- Reinforcing steel
- Electrical tools
- Maintenance tools and equipment
Action Taken
An official report was prepared, supported by video recordings and witness testimonies. The individuals involved were handed over to the relevant authorities, and a significant portion of the stolen items was recovered.
